A Board of Directors and the General Director head the organizational structure of Aeropuertos y Servicios Auxiliares (ASA).

The governing body of ASA is the Board of Directors, which includes eleven voting and another 4 non-voting executive directors.

The General Manager is responsible for ASA’s legal representation and Administration; supported by Administrative Departments to study, plan, run and control his affairs.
