As of January 1, 2006 new safety standards for national and international flights came into effect all over the world. To ensure passenger safety, all checked baggage is subject to manual or automatic screening.

We encourage you to read the following list of items that won’t fly:

·         Torches, gas lighters and matches

·         Lighter fuel

·         All aerosols except for personal care products (in limited quantities)

·         Disabling chemical substances (chlorine and bleaching agents)

·         Wet-cell batteries (except for wheelchairs)

·         Tear gas, compressed gas, including extinguishers

·         Firearms and ammunition may be transported prior authorization by competent authorities

Remember to check in three hours before international flights and two hours before national flights.

Contact your airline for additional information before traveling.
